摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the infection status of mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)in 635 children with respiratory tract infection admitted to Nantong Haimen District Second People's Hospital from May 2023 to April 2024,and to explore its distribution characteristics among different groups of children.Method:Clinical data of 635 children with respiratory tract infection admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Nantong Haimen District Second People's Hospital from May 2023 to April 2024 were retrospectively collected. The positive rate of MP antibody detection and the specific onset time of positive detection were statistically analyzed, and the distribution characteristics of MP in different ages, seasons and genders were analyzed.Result:Among the 635 children included in the study,292 were tested positive for MP antibody, with a total positive rate of 45.98%.Among them,203 were tested positive at admission, with a positive rate of 31.97%;while the test was negative at admission, and 89 were tested positive for MP antibody within the following week, with a positive rate of 14.02%.The positive rate of MP-IgM antibody in patients aged 5-10 years was 52.14%and 46.27%in 11-15 years old, both of which were higher than 31.58%of 0-4 years old,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the positive rate between patients aged 5-10 years and 11-15 years(P>0.05).The positive rate of MP-IgM antibody in summer was lower than that in spring, autumn and winter, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of MP-IgM antibody in winter was higher than that in autumn, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of MP-IgM antibody between different genders(x2=3.470,P=0.062).The positive rate of MP-IgM antibody 3-7 d after the onset of symptoms was 67.47%,which was higher than the positive rate of MP-IgM antibody 1-2 d and 8-14 d after the onset of symptoms. Conclusion:The infection rate of MP in children with respiratory tract infection is high, and the incidence is high in the age group of 5 years and above.Children can be infected with MP in all seasons, and the infection rate is lowest in summer, and the positive antibody detection time is concentrated in 3 to 7 days after the onset of symptoms.关键词
