Effect of Neutrophil Elastase on the Pathogenesis of Aortic Dissection
摘要
Abstract
Aortic dissection(AD),also known as aortic dissection aneurysm,is a dangerous,rapidly progressing,and highly fatal cardiovascular disease.So far,the pathogenesis of the disease has not been fully clarified.However,the author found in many studies that neutrophil elastase(NE)is involved in the migration,proliferation and inflammation of vascular smooth muscle cells,which leads to atherosclerosis,atherosclerosis is mainly vascular intimal lesions,which can also affect the medial membrane,which is the main pathological basis of aortic dissection,thus promoting the occurrence of AD,that is,NE has an important impact on the occurrence and development of AD.To better understand the interaction and molecular mechanism between NE and AD,this article will review the current clinical research and related molecular pathways on NE and AD.关键词
