Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of microsurgical vascular anastomosis technology combined with perforator flap repair on the efficacy and hand function of soft tissue defect patients with hand trauma.Method:A total of 89 soft tissue defect patients with hand trauma admitted to Tianshui Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected for this study,and they were divided into microscope group(n=44)and reference group(n=45)by sealed envelope lottery method.The reference group underwent chest and abdominal pedicled flap repair,and the microscope group underwent microsurgical vascular anastomosis technology combined with perforator flap repair.The efficacy,hand function,serum inflammatory factors levels and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the microscope group was higher than that of the reference group(95.45%vs 80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,the gripping power and total action motion(TAM)in both groups were greater than those before surgery,those in the microscope group were greater than those in the reference group,the disabilities of the arm,shoulder and hand(DASH)score were higher than those before surgery,and that in the microscope group was higher than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).7 days after surgery,the levels of serum inflammatory factors in both groups were lower than those before surgery,those in the microscope group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,the all dimensions scores of 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)in both groups were higher than those before surgery,and those in the microscope group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of microsurgical vascular anastomosis technology combined with perforator flap repair in soft tissue defect patients with hand trauma can obtain better curative effect,improve hand function,reduce inflammatory reaction and improve quality of life.关键词
