桃红四物汤联合碳酸钙对桡骨远端骨折气滞血瘀证患者骨代谢的影响
Effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined with Calcium Carbonate on Bone Metabolism in Patients with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome of Distal Radius Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Calcium Carbonate on bone metabolism in patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of distal radius fracture(DRF).Method:A total of 80 patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of DRF admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with Calcium Carbonate,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction on this basis.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,clinical indexes,bone metabolism,serum inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the total effective rate of the control group(72.50%),that(92.50%)in the observation group was higher;after treatment,the swelling regression time(18.85±2.12)d and fracture healing time(14.27±4.06)weeks in the observation group were earlier than(23.73±2.81)d and(16.17±4.39)weeks in the control group;BGP level(7.86±0.46)μg/L,FGF-2 level(33.46±4.52)ng/L and OPG level(131.24±12.94)ng/L in the observation group were higher than(6.13±0.36)μg/L,(26.42±4.15)ng/L and(108.93±11.52)ng/L in the control group;the level of PⅠCP(66.57±5.22)μg/L,the level of interleukin-1(IL-1)(2.53±0.05)pg/mL,IL-6(7.63±1.26)pg/mL,and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)(1.25±0.21)ng/mL in the observation group were all lower than(78.68±6.35)μg/L,(2.96±0.08)pg/mL,(10.34±1.53)pg/mL and(1.45±0.53)ng/mL in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of DRF,Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Calcium Carbonate has a significant effect,which can accelerate the disappearance of symptoms and fracture healing,improve bone metabolism,reduce inflammation,and is relatively safe.关键词
