3D腹腔镜联合三维可视化技术在结肠癌根治术中的有效性和安全性评估
Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of 3D Laparoscopy Combined with Three-dimen-sional Visualization Technology in Radical Resection of Colon Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of 3D laparoscopy combined with three-dimen-sional visualization technology in radical resection of colon cancer.Method:A total of 60 patients with colon cancer admitted to Dongguan Binhaiwan Central Hospital from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 3D laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer,and the observation group was treated with 3D laparoscopic combined with three-dimen-sional visualization technology.The perioperative indexes,postoperative recovery,postoperative pain degree,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of first getting out of bed in the observation group[(2.08±0.28)d]was earlier than that in the control group[(2.54±0.32)d],the operation time and hospital stay[(182.53±15.89)min,(10.73±1.23)d]were shorter than those in the control group[(212.73±20.22)min,(12.29±1.32)d],and the intraoperative blood loss[(59.63±6.25)mL]was less than that of the control group[(65.68±6.41)mL],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sound,the time of anal exhaust and the eating time in the observation group[(1.01±0.22),(1.15±0.26),(3.15±0.41)d]were shorter than those in the control group[(1.25±0.26),(1.42±0.34),(4.11±0.53)d],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The verbal rating scale(VRS)scores of the observation group 24 and 48 hours after operation were(2.08±0.33)scores and(1.49±0.22)scores,respectively,which were lower than(2.45±0.34)scores and(1.87±0.24)scores of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiology,psychology,society and environment in the observation group 3 months after operation[(87.41±5.25),(86.43±5.19),(87.15±5.41),(88.52±5.46)scores]were higher than those in the control group[(80.86±5.22),(79.63±5.11),(80.26±5.33),(82.12±5.37)scores],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No complications occurred in both group.Conclusion:3D laparoscopy combined with three-dimen-sional visualization technology can reduce surgical trauma and postoperative pain in patients with colon cancer,facilitate postoperative recovery,improve the quality of life,and is safe and feasible.关键词
