马来酸麦角新碱联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗宫缩乏力性PPH的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Ergometrine Maleate Combined with Carboprost Tromethamine in the Treatment of PPH Caused by Uterine Inertia

Abstract
Objective:Taking patients with postpartum hemorrhage(PPH)caused by uterine inertia as the research subjects,to investigate the curative effect of the combined use of Ergometrine Maleate and Carboprost Tromethamine and its influence on blood coagulation of patients.Method:A total of 80 patients with PPH caused by uterine inertia admitted to Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,the First People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from January 2022 to October 2024 were selected.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Carboprost Tromethamine,and the experimental group was treated with Ergometrine Maleate based on the control group.The platelet(PLT),hemoglobin(Hb),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB),prothrombin time(PT),D-dimer(D-D),and the efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in PLT and Hb levels between the two groups before and 1 d after treatment(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in coagulation function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).1 d after treatment,TT,PT and APTT in both groups were significantly shortened,those in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the levels of FIB were significantly increased,that in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,D-D levels were decreased,and that in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with PPH caused by uterine inertia,the combination of Ergometrine Maleate and Carboprost Tromethamine has excellent efficacy,can significantly improve the coagulation function of patients,and has good safety.关键词
