摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of open reduction and solid internal fixation in mandibular fracture and its effect on oral function of patient.Method:A total of 60 patients with mandibular fractures from January 2023 to March 2024 in Liupanshui People's Hospital were selected.According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. Both groups underwent open reduction and internal fixation, the control group was treated with intraoperative dental arch splint for intermaxillary ligation and fixation, and the observation group was treated with intraoperative solid internal fixation using a micro titanium plate.Followed-up for 3 months.Clinical efficacy, oral function, and adverse effects of the two groups were compared.Result:One month after surgery, the excellent and good rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery, the normal rates of postoperative occlusion relationship, jaw joint function and mouth opening in the observation group were 96.67%,96.67%and 86.67%,respectively,which were higher than 70.00%,73.33%and 56.67%in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of open reduction and solid internal fixation is better than that of conventional open reduction and internal fixation, and it is beneficial to facilitate the recovery of oral function and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.关键词
