异甘草酸镁在HBV相关肝衰竭前期的临床应用研究
Clinical Application of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate in the Early Stage of HBV-related Liver Failure

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate in the early stage of hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related liver failure.Method:Using a retrospective analysis,120 patients with HBV related liver failure in the early stage admitted to Nanchang Central Hospital(Qingshanhu Campus)from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(60 cases,treated with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate)and a treatment group(60 cases,treated with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,time of symptom improvement,liver function laboratory indicators[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL),albumin(ALB),prothrombin activity(PTA)],incidence of liver failure,and complications between the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical improvement rate(96.67%)of the treatment group was higher than that(83.33%)of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of fatigue,poor appetite,gastrointestinal symptoms,and jaundice symptoms in the treatment group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in liver function laboratory indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,and TBIL in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of ALB and PTA were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of liver failure and total incidence of complications in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to glucocorticoids,Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate has higher clinical efficacy in the early stage of HBV-related liver failure.At the same time,it can reduce adverse reactions of glucocorticoids such as stress ulcers,induced infections.关键词
