消脂减肥丸治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的效果及对肠道菌群的影响
Effect of Xiaozhi Jianfei Pills in the Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease and Influence on Intestinal Flora

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Xiaozhi Jianfei Pills in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and its influence on intestinal flora.Method:A total of 80 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random envelope method,they were divided into control group(n=40,routine treatment)and study group(n=40,Xiaozhi Jianfei Pills on the basis of routine treatment).The body mass index(BMI),liver function[γ-gamma-glutamyl transferase(GGT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT)],blood lipids[total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG)]and intestinal flora count(Lactobacillus,Escherichia coli,Enterococcus,Bacteroides)before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,the BMI,liver function indicators,blood lipids and intestinal flora count were similar in both groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the BMI and GGT,AST,GPT,TC,LDL-C and TG levels in both groups were reduced compared to those before treatment,and those in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The Lactobacillus count and Bacteroides count were enhanced in the two groups after treatment compared to those before treatment,and those in study group were more than those in control group,and the Escherichia coli count and Enterococcus count were reduced,and those in study group were less than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions was similar between groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhi Jianfei Pills can improve the liver function and blood lipids of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,and repair the intestinal microecological environment.It has significant efficacy and few adverse drug reactions.关键词
