加味独活寄生汤联合大青盐热敷治疗肝肾亏虚型骨性膝关节炎的效果研究
Effects of Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Combined with Hot Compress of Daqing Salt in the Treatment of Liver and Kidney Deficiency Type Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with hot compress of Daqing salt in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Method:A total of 88 patients with liver and kidney deficiency type KOA admitted to the Central Hospital of Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.from March 2022 to April 2024 were selected and simply randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medical treatment,while the study group was treated with Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with hot compress of Daqing salt on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,knee joint function(Kujala score and Lysholm knee joint score),biochemical indicators[interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Result:After the intervention,the scores of joint swelling,weak legs,limited movement,limb muscle atrophy,chills,dizziness and tinnitus in both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Kujala scores and Lysholm knee joint scores of both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and those of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of IL-1,IL-6,MMP-3 and TNF-α in both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and those in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type KOA with Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with hot compress of Daqing salt can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the function of the knee joint,regulate the levels of biochemical indicators,enhance the overall therapeutic effect of the disease,and is safe.关键词
