Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlation between body mass index(BMI)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3),25-hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D]and bone age in girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP).Method:A total of 50 girls with ICPP admitted to Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2022 to September 2024 were included in the observation group,and 50 girls with normal development who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were included in the healthy group.The differences in BMI,IGF-1,IGFBP-3,25-(OH)D and bone age between the two groups were compared.According to the BMI cut-off point standard for obesity and overweight screening in children aged 2 to 18 in China,girls with ICPP were divided into the normal group,the overweight group and the obese group.The differences in BMI,IGF-1,IGFBP-3,25-(OH)D and bone age among the three groups were compared.Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between BMI and IGF-1,IGFBP-3,25-(OH)D and bone age in girls with ICPP.Result:The BMI and bone age of the observation group were larger than those of the healthy group,IGF-1,IGFBP-3 higher than those of the healthy group,and 25-(OH)D was lower than that of the healthy group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 50 girls with ICPP,21 cases(42.00%)had a normal BMI,15 cases(30.00%)were overweight and 14 cases(28.00%)were obese.The BMI and bone age in the obese group were larger than those in the overweight group and the normal group,IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were higher than those in the overweight group and the normal group,25-(OH)D was lower than that in the overweight group and the normal group,the BMI and bone age in the overweight group were larger than those in the normal group,IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were higher than those in the normal group,and 25-(OH)D was lower than that in the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation showed that the BMI of girls with ICPP were positively correlated with IGF-1,IGFBP-3 and bone age,and negatively correlated with 25-(OH)D(P<0.05).Conclusion:The BMI of girls with ICPP are positively correlated with IGF-1,IGFBP-3 and bone age,and negatively correlated with 25-(OH)D,which should be paid great attention to in clinic.关键词
