热敏灸疗法在全程联动一体化胃肠道微创手术ERAS中的临床应用研究
Clinical Application Study of Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Therapy in ERAS of Whole-process Coordinated Integrated Gastrointestinal Microtraumatic Operation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy in enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)of whole-process coordinated integrated gastrointestinal microtraumatic operation.Method:A total of 80 patients who underwent gastrointestinal microtraumatic operation in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received ERAS of whole-process coordinated integrated gastrointestinal microtraumatic operation,and the observation group received heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy on the basis of the control group.Gastrointestinal function recovery time,gastrointestinal function indexes,T lymphocyte subsets and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS),CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in both groups were lower than those 1 day before surgery,but those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the CD8+levels of two groups were higher those 1 day before surgery,but that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of MTL,GAS,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the control group 5 days after surgery were lower than those 1 day before surgery and the observation group,and the level of CD8+was higher than that 1 day before surgery and the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy in ERAS of whole-process coordinated integrated gastrointestinal microtraumatic operation can promote the recovery of patients'postoperative gastrointestinal function and immune function,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
