高频电刀联合人干扰素α2b治疗肛门巨大型尖锐湿疣合并艾滋病的效果
Effect of High-frequency Electrotomy Combined with Human Interferon α2b in the Treatment of Anal Giant Condyloma Acuminatum Complicated with Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of high-frequency electrotomy combined with Human Interferon α2b in the treatment of anal giant condyloma acuminatum complicated with acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS).Method:A total of 120 patients with anal giant condyloma acuminatum complicated with AIDS who were treated at Public Health Clinical Medical Center of Chengdu from July 2020 to June 2022 were collected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the combined treatment group(60 cases)and the simple treatment group(60 cases).The simple treatment group was treated with high-frequency electrotomy of the wart tissue,while the combined treatment group was treated with Human Interferon α2b on the basis of the simple treatment group.The clinical efficacy,T lymphocyte indicators,adverse reactions and the recurrence of warts in the first month and the sixth month after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the combined treatment group(81.67%)was higher than that of the simple treatment group(58.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the simple treatment group,the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the combined treatment group were both higher,and the level of CD8+was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rates of warts in the combined treatment group in the first month and the sixth month after treatment were significantly lower than those in the simple treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of high-frequency electrotomy combined with Human Interferon α2b in the treatment of anal giant condyloma acuminatum complicated with AIDS is remarkable,which can improve T lymphocyte subsets and reduce the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum.关键词
