Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and cystatin C(Cys C)in uremia complicated with heart failure.Method:In this retrospective study,106 uremic patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from June 2022 to November 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to whether the research subjects developed heart failure,they were divided into the heart failure group(n=58)and the non-heart failure group(n=48).The levels of serum CK-MB,NT-proBNP,Cys C,serum creatinine(Scr),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the two groups of patients were detected and compared.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the value of CK-MB,NT-proBNP and Cys C in the diagnosis of uremia complicated with heart failure.Result:The levels of serum CK-MB,Cys C,Scr and NT-proBNP in the non-heart failure group were lower than those in the heart failure group,and LVEF was higher than that in the heart failure group(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that among the single indicators for the diagnosis of uremia complicated with heart failure,serum CK-MB had the highest diagnostic value,its area under the curve(AUC)was 0.910,the sensitivity was 93.1%,and the specificity was 89.6%.The diagnostic value of the combination of CK-MB,NT-proBNP and Cys C was higher than that of single index,its AUC was 0.981,the sensitivity was 93.1%,and the specificity was 93.8%.Conclusion:The combined detection of serum CK-MB,NT-proBNP and Cys C levels has a high diagnostic value in uremia complicated with heart failure.关键词
