Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Kangfuyan Capsules combined with Anar Fujie Liquid on serum inflammatory factors levels and recurrence in patients with chronic endometritis(CE).Method:A total of 86 patients with CE admitted to Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and grouped by the random number table method.The control group(n=43)adopted the conventional treatment plan.Based on this,the observation group(n=43)was treated with Kangfuyan Capsules combined with Anar Fujie Liquid.The therapeutic effect,symptoms improvement time,inflammatory factors levels and recurrence status of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the improvement time of vaginal bleeding and lower abdominal pain in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of CE patients with Kangfuyan Capsules combined with Anar Fujie Liquid is beneficial to improving the overall effect,rapidly alleviating the symptoms of patients,reducing the inflammatory response,and has a relatively low recurrence rate.关键词
