Current Situation of Family Resilience among Adolescents with Non-suicidal Self-injury Behaviors and Its Influencing Factors

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the current situation of family resilience among adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)and its influencing factors.Method:The main caregivers of 258 adolescents with NSSI admitted to the Department of Psychiatry of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University from March 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The general information of adolescents with NSSI and their primary caregivers,as well as the scores of the family hardiness index(FHI)were collected.The scores of the rumination thinking scale,alexithymia scale,generalized anxiety disorder 7-item scale(GAD-7),and patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)of the primary caregivers were statistically analyzed.The current situation of family resilience of this group were observed and analyzed,and its influencing factors were analyzed.Result:Univariate analysis showed that the gender of NSSI adolescents,the marital status,the degree of depression of the primary caregivers of NSSI adolescents,and the average monthly family income were the influencing factors of the FHI score,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation coefficient showed that the total FHI score and the scores of each dimension of the primary caregivers of NSSI adolescents were negatively correlated with the rumination thinking score,alexithmia score,GAD-7 score,and PHQ-9 score(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the depression degree,the alexithymia score,the GAD-7 score of the primary caregivers of NSSI adolescents and the monthly family income were the influencing factors of the FHI score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The FHI score is negatively correlated with individual negative thinking,alexithymia,anxiety degree and depression degree.The depression degree,anxiety degree,alexithymia of the primary caregivers and the average monthly income of the family are important influencing factors of family resilience in adolescents with NSSI.Individualized analysis of individual factors of adolescents with NSSI should be conducted and targeted intervention measures should be carried out to achieve good results.关键词
