平衡火罐结合中药封包治疗气滞血瘀型腰痛患者的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of balanced cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging on patients with lower back pain of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Method:From January 2021 to October 2022,76 patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type low back pain in the Chinese Medicine Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine packaging treatment,while the observation group was treated with balanced cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging.After 2 treatment courses(14 days),the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effect rate and quality of life[WHO quality of life scale-100(WHOQOL-100)]scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the numerical rating scale(NRS),Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)scores,and recurrence rate were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of balanced cupping and traditional Chinese medicine packaging can effectively improve the pain and lumbar function of patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type low back pain,enhance their quality of life,and has a significant therapeutic effect.关键词
