Influence of Behavior Modification Therapy Combined with Scalp Electroencephalogram Game Brain-Computer Interface on the Rehabilitation of School Stage Children with Attention Deficit and Hyperactive Disorder

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of behavior modification therapy combined with scalp electroencephalogram game brain-computer interface on the rehabilitation of school stage children with attention deficit and hyperactive disorder.Method:A total of 80 school stage children with attention deficit and hyperactive disorder admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was intervened with behavior modification therapy,and the observation group was intervened with behavior modification therapy combined with scalp electroencephalogram game brain-computer interface.The swanson nolan and pelham-Ⅳ(SNAP-Ⅳ),the inventory of subjective life quality for children(ISLQ),the Conners parent symptom questionnaire(PSQ),and brainwave power(α wave,β wave,θ wave,SMR wave,θ wave/β wave ratio and α wave/SMR wave ratio)before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of each dimension of SNAP-Ⅳ,ISLQ,PSQ and brainwave power between the two groups(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,the scores of each dimension of SNAP-Ⅳ and PSQ,and the α wave,θ wave,θ wave/β wave ratio and α wave/SMR wave ratio in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of each dimension of ISLQ,β wave and SMR wave were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of behavior modification therapy combined with scalp electroencephalogram game brain-computer interface in school stage children with attention deficit and hyperactive disorder is relatively good,which can significantly improve the brainwave power and quality of life of the children.关键词
