摘要

Abstract

Post stroke depression(PSD),as a common sequelae manifestation after stroke,has a negative impact on the treatment and rehabilitation of motor and cognitive impairments in patients after stroke,and significantly increases the probability of stroke recurrence and death.The endogenous cannabinoid system(ECS)is an indispensable part of emotion regulation and is related to the pathogenesis of stroke and depression.Monoacylglycerol lipase(MAGL),as the most important hydrolase of ECS,is regarded as the most promising drug target for the treatment of neuropsychiatric diseases.This article analyzes the correlation between MAGL and PSD,provides a new perspective for exploring the pathogenesis of PSD and the development of anti-PSD drugs.
