中医药治疗癌性疼痛的研究进展
Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cancer Pain
摘要
Abstract
Cancer pain is the most common complication of cancer patients,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and a unique theoretical system in the treatment of cancer pain,and remarkable research progress has been made in recent years.This paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of cancer pain in traditional Chinese medicine and summarizes the latest research trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer pain,including the application of oral administration of Chinese medicine,external application of Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion and other treatment methods.It is found that traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer pain has the characteristics of multiple targets and multiple approaches,which can effectively relieve pain,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the side effects of western medicine treatment.关键词
