Abstract
Objective To investigate the pre-vaccination concerns of women who had been vaccinated with human papilloma virus(HPV)vaccine,aiming to find the factors that could be overcome in the general population before vaccination,so as to eliminate the concerns through health education and improve the HPV vaccination rate in the population.Methods From July to August 2023,a multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to select 672 women who had been vaccinated with HPV vaccine in Ordos City to conduct a pre-vaccination concern survey.The pre-vaccination concerns of HPV vaccine recipients with different characteristics were analyzed,and multifactorial logistic regression was used to analyze the pre-vaccination concerns of adult HPV vaccine recipients and the modifiable influencing factors.Results Among the 672 subjects,28.13%had pre-vaccination concerns and 71.87%had no pre-vaccination concerns.The main factors influencing the pre-vaccination concern of the vaccinated people were education level,HPV infection history,alcohol consumption and sleep time.Those with a college degree or above and a history of HPV infection were less likely to have pre-vaccination concerns.Those who slept after 00:00 or consumed alcohol were more likely to have pre-vaccination concerns.The specific reasons for concern are mainly"worry about the effectiveness of vaccine","worry about the safety of vaccine","vaccine price is too high"and so on.Conclusions Through comprehensive health education and other intervention measures for the general population including late sleepers and alcohol drinkers,concerns about the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine can be overcome,which is conducive to the promotion of HPV vaccine in the population.关键词
