Abstract
With the rapid development of computer science and technology,finite element analysis(FEA)has increasingly been applied in orthopedics,especially in the treatment of foot and ankle diseases.As a powerful and efficient numerical method to simulate real experiments,FEA is widely used to study biomechanical behavior,evaluate surgical plans,and design medical devices.In this paper,we searched the PubMed database and Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System(SinoMed),and summarized the research progress of FEA in the treatment of ankle osteoarthritis,ankle ligament injuries,ankle fractures,flatfoot,hallux valgus,and calcaneal fractures,highlighting its applications in various surgical and non-surgical treatments By systematically reviewing the existing literature,analyzing the existing problems and looking forward to the future development direction,this study aims to provide valuable references for clinicians and researchers.关键词
