基于ABC-X模型的综合护理管理干预对老年HIV感染者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响
Effects of ABC-X model-based integrated nursing management intervention on negative emotions and sleep quality in elderly HIV-infected individuals

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of ABC-X model-based integrated nursing management intervention on negative emotions and sleep quality in elderly human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)-infected individuals.Methods A total of 100 elderly HIV-infected individuals with sleep disorders were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group or an observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,based on which the observation group received ABC-X model-based integrated nursing management intervention.The Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were used to evaluate the depression,anxiety,and sleep quality of the two groups,respectively.The anxiety,depression,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups before and after 3 months of intervention.Results During the study,4 individuals withdrew from the observation group and 3 individuals from the control group,and finally 93 elderly HIV-infected individuals(46 cases in the observation group and 47 cases in the control group)completed the study.Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the SAS score,SDS score,PSQI total score,or scores of PSQI each dimension between the two groups(all P>0.05);after 3 months of intervention,the SAS score,SDS score,PSQI total score,and scores of PSQI each dimension in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The ABC-X model-based integrated nursing management intervention can effectively alleviate elderly HIV-infected individuals'anxiety and depression and improve their sleep quality,with certain clinical application value.关键词
