影响老年缺血性脑卒中后疲劳患者住院期间舒适体验的因素的描述性现象学研究
Factors affecting the comfort experience during hospitalization in elderly patients with post-ischemic stroke fatigue:a descriptive phenomenological study

Abstract
Objective To explore factors influencing the comfort experience during hospitalization in elderly patients with post-ischemic stroke fatigue by using the descriptive phenomenological research method,so as to provide a basis for clinical nursing staff to adopt targeted comfort nursing measures.Methods Eleven elderly patients with post-ischemic stroke fatigue who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of a hospital in Nanning from December 2022 to April 2023 were selected for semi-structured in-depth interviews.The Colaizzi phenomenological analysis method was used to organize and analyze the interview data and to extract the themes.Results A total of 4 themes about factors influencing the comfort experience of elderly patients with post-ischemic stroke fatigue were extracted,namely disease symptoms(including feelings of fatigue and weakness,sleep pattern disorders,and decreased limb function),changes in internal emotions(including disease uncertainty,perception of negative emotions,and a sense of benefit finding in the disease),alterations in interpersonal relationships(including interpersonal alienation,establishment and self-consistency of interpersonal relationships),and the hospitalization environment(including the comfort of the hospitalization environment and the refinement of infrastructure).Conclusion The comfort experience during hospitalization in elderly patients with post-ischemic stroke fatigue is jointly affected by physiological,psychological,social,and environmental factors.Clinical medical staff should have a comprehensive understanding of patients'comfort experience during hospitalization and take targeted interventions,so as to advance patients'comfort experience and promote their early recovery.关键词
