Abstract
Sarcopenia demonstrates high prevalence in patients with malignancies,being not only closely associated with tumorigenesis and progression but also significantly impacting therapeutic efficacy and clinical outcomes,emerging as a critical issue requiring urgent resolution in oncology research.This review aims to summarize the detrimental effects of cancer-related sarcopenia on patients and elucidate the underlying mechanisms,thereby providing a strategic guidance for advancing fundamental research and refining precision intervention approaches in this field..关键词
