Exploration of the Role Transformation Path of Health Management of Licensed Pharmacists in Retail Pharmacies in China
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the role transformation path of licensed pharmacists in health management in retail pharmacies in China.Methods The current situation of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies in China was analyzed.The official websites of relevant national institutions were retrieved,the specific requirements of relevant policies in the field of medicine in China for licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies were sorted out,combined with relevant proposals,the adjustment of The National Catalogue of Drugs for Basic Medical Insurance,Industrial Injury Insurance and Maternity Insurance(2024)(referred to as The Catalog of Medical Insurance Drug)and the responsibilities and roles of foreign licensed pharmacists in health management,the role transformation path of licensed pharmacists in health management in retail pharmacies in China was explored.Results and Conclusion As of February 2025,the total number of licensed pharmacists in China is 837 416,of which 762 789(91.09%)are registered in retail pharmacies,and showed an increasing trend year by year.From 2020 to 2024,a number of policies have been formulated at the national level to clarify the responsibilities of licensed pharmacists in drug quality management,prescription review,and rational drug use guidance,and put forward more requirements.Under the health management model,licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies should learn from the responsibilities and roles of foreign licensed pharmacists in health management according to the updated The Catalog of Medical Insurance Drug.Through policy support and personal professional ability improvement,it is suggest to expand the content and methods of health management services,relying on the distribution advantages of retail pharmacies,innovate service forms and other paths,give full play to the important role of licensed pharmacists in grassroots health management,and provide residents with comprehensive and personalized health guidance.关键词
