基于国际经验的我国执业药师补充处方权探讨
Investigation on the Supplementary Prescription Rights of Licensed Pharmacists in China Based on International Experiences

Abstract
Objective To investigate the policy support and practical status of supplementary prescription rights for licensed pharmacists in China.Methods The typical models and experiences of international pharmacists'prescription rights was summarized,and the necessity and feasibility of granting licensed pharmacists supplementary prescription rights in China at the current stage,as well as the policy challenges faced in promoting the supplementary prescription rights of licensed pharmacists in China were analyzed based on the actural situation.Results At present,the global pharmacist prescription model can be roughly divided into independent prescription model and dependent prescription model.The latter model has been developed in 9 countries/regions around the world,which has many advantages such as significantly improving the treatment effect,improving the efficiency of the medical care system,and saving medical costs.The current prescription policy in China is "Physician Only",which is necessary and feasible in granting licensed pharmacists the supplementary prescription rights,but also faces certain policy challenges.Conclusion Supplementary prescription rights provides licensed pharmacist with a broader service space,allowing them to better participate in primary healthcare services,expanding their work content from traditional drug supply guarantee to diversified service areas such as drug treatment management,disease prevention and health management,thus promoting the transformation and innovation of pharmaceutical service models.关键词
