Abstract
Objective To provide a reference for improving the storage situation of pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises in Shandong Province.Methods A total of 579 pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises operating normally in drug storage in Shandong Province were selected,including 491 traditional pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises(containing chain headquarters)and 88 modern pharmaceutical logistics enterprises.The drug storage situation of two types of enterprises were summarized through questionnaire surveys,and their storage management status through on-site research were analyzed,and proposed improvement suggestions.Results The warehouse area of traditional pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises were mainly lower than 1 000 m2(295 companies,60.08%),with sales of CNY 10 million to 100 million in the past year(214 companies,43.58%);the annual utilization rate of warehouses was mainly above 80%(207 companies,42.16%),and the property of warehouses was mainly self owned(302 companies,61.51%);which presented the characteristic of "small,scattered,and chaotic".And the above indicators of modern pharmaceutical logistics enterprises were 10 000 to 15 000 m2(64 companies,72.73%),higher than CNY 1 billion(27 companies,30.68%),30%to 80%(50 companies,56.82%),and mainly self owned warehouses(88 companies,100%).The personnel capabilities and coordination of the two types of enterprises still needed improvement,and the level of automated machinery and informatization still needed to be enhanced.Conclusion Efforts should be made to improve the quality and management level of drug storage in pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises,in order to reduce corresponding business risks and enhance public medication safety.关键词
