深圳市某公立医院互联网医院处方流转模式建设实践
Construction Practice of Internet Hospital Prescription Circulation Mode in a Public Hospital in Shenzhen

Abstract
Objective To promote the development of internet hospital prescription circulation mode.Methods Through the connection and interconnection of the internet hospital system,medical insurance information platform and information system,the patient's medical insurance information and prescription information data were shared of a public hospital in Shenzhen to realize prescription circulation and pharmaceutical services.Results As of April 2024,there were 392(15.76%)western medicines available for prescription circulation in the internet hospital,mainly outpatient chronic diseases(14.84%).From February 2020 to December 2022,the internet hospital opened 50 departments,online video consultation included 190 450 cases,a total of 89 509 prescriptions,of which 5 144 prescriptions(5.75%)were transferred to designated retail pharmacies.Conclusion The internet prescription circulation mode realizes the linkage of "Three-Medical"(medical care,medical insurance,medicine),with less investment,high reference value,replicability,and feasibility,which can increase the diversity and accessibility of "Internet+Pharmaceutical Care",and facilitate patients'medical treatment and drug purchase.关键词
