Study on the Antibacterial and Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Mayou Ruanzicao Cream Based on Network Pharmacology
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects and mechanisms of Arnebia euchroma.Methods The active ingredients of Arnebia euchroma through literature reports,Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP),and Traditional Chinese Medicine Chemistry Database(TCMID)were collected and screened.Those data was analyzed through PubChem database and upload them to SwissTargetPrediction database for effective ingredient target prediction,and an effective ingredient target network diagram by using Cytoscape software was constructed.Obtained common targets of components and inflammation through databases such as GeneCards;The database and software such as String database and Cytoscape software were used to obtain protein-protein interaction(PPI)network diagram,the gene ontology(GO)functional enrichment,and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis on core targets were performed.The software such as Autodock was used for molecular docking.Results A total of eleven active network components of Arnebia euchroma were mainly screened out such as des-O-methyllasiodiplodin,mandenol,ethyl oleate,alkannin,and acetylshikonin,etc.The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of Arnebia euchroma mainly come from nine core targets,including serum albumin(ALB),protein kinase B1(AKT1),signal transduction and activator of transcription 3(STAT3),and cancer pathway,hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1)signal pathway,lipid and atherosclerosis,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)signal pathway,etc.The molecular docking results showed that the active ingredients and core targets had good affinity activity(the binding energies lower than-21.9 kJ/mol).Conclusion Mayou Ruanzicao Cream has good antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects,and its mechanism of action may involve the regulation of different protein targets and signaling pathways by multiple active ingredients.关键词
