Abstract
Objective To establish an online gel permeation chromatography-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GPC-GC/MS)method for the determination of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in Danshu Soft Capsules.Methods The content of the sample was extracted by acetonitrile,purified it with a solid-phase extraction column,and determined the content of naphthalene,acenaphthylene,acenaphthene,fluorene,phenanthrene,anthracene,fluoranthene,pyrene,benzo(a)anthracene,chrysene,benzo(b)fluoranthene,benzo(k)fluoranthene,benzo(a)pyrene,indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene,dibenzo(a,h)anthracene,benzo(ghi)perylene by online GPC-GCMS method.Results The linear ranges of were all 0-100 ng/mL,with limits of quantification of 0.97-3.11 µg/kg.The RSDs of precision,stability,and repeatability test results were all lower than 5.0%.The average recovery of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were 86.69%-101.95%,with RSDs of 0.27%-9.36%(n=9).Conclusion This method is easy to operate,has a short batch processing time,can accurate qualitative and quantitative detection results,has high sensitivity,and is suitable for the detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in Danshu Soft Capsules.关键词
