滋肾柔肝汤佐治乙型肝炎肝硬化伴高甲胎蛋白血症临床评价
Clinical Evaluation of Zishen Rougan Decoction in the Adjuvant Treatment of Hepatitis B Virus Cirrhosis with Hyperalpha Fetoproteinemia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zishen Rougan Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of hepatitis B virus cirrhosis with hyperalpha fetoproteinemia.Methods A total of 98 patients with hepatitis B virus cirrhosis with hyperalpha fetoproteinemia admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups were applied with conventional western medicine therapy,and the observation group was additionally given Zishen Rougan Decoction.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 83.67%,which was significantly higher than 63.27%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fatigue,lassitude,abdominal distension,chest tightness and shortness of breath,and the levels of hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid(HBV DNA),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),laminin(LN),hyaluronic acid(HA),and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was comparable between the observation group and the control group(8.16%vs.14.29%,P>0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of Zishen Rougan Decoction can alleviate the traditional Chinese medicines(TCM)syndromes of patients with hepatitis B virus cirrhosis with hyperalpha fetoproteinemia,significantly improve liver function indexes,mitigates liver fibrosis,and decreases AFP level.关键词
