金水相生法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期研究进展
Research progress on treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the stable stage by metal-water mutual generation method
摘要
Abstract
Currently,Western medical treatments can rapidly relieve clinical symptoms in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),but the quality of life of patients is poor because of its obvious side effects and easy recurrence.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),COPD falls under the category of"lung distension".Initially,the disease affects the lungs,but over time,it also involves the kidneys.In the stable stage,the condition is often closely related to both the lungs and the kidneys.From the perspective of the Five Elements theory in TCM,the lung belongs to metal,and the kidney belongs to water.The lung is the upper source of water,while the kidney is the lower source of water.Metal generates water,and thus the two organs complement each other.They have a close relationship in the metabolism of body fluids,respiratory movements,and the mutual support of yin and yang.Research has found that using the metal-water mutual generation method to treat COPD in the stable stage,guided by the theory of the interrelated functions of the lung and kidney,can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve pulmonary function,and enhance immunity.Additionally,this method can help correct the imbalance of proteases and antiproteases,reduce airway inflammation,and lower oxidative stress,thereby improving the patient's quality of life.In this paper,the research progress of treating COPD in the stable stage will be sorted out from the perspective of the metal-water mutual generation method,in order to provide more basis for the clinical application of the metal-water mutual generation method in the future.关键词
