标准化病历管理云平台联合互联网医院应用于儿童哮喘管理的效果评价
Evaluation of the effect of the application of standardized case management cloud platform combined with internet hospital in the management of childhood asthma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the evaluation of the effect of the application of standardized case management cloud platform combined with internet hospital in the management of childhood asthma.Methods A total of 160 childhood asthma diagnosed at the Standardized Outpatient of the Department of Childhood Asthma in People's Hospital of Hunan Province from January to December 2022 in the Children's asthma standardized case management cloud platform were selected as the research subjects for a 1-year management period.The pulmonary function indices,childhood asthma control test(C-ACT),and asthma symptom control level grading of the enrolled children were followed up.The changes in indices of asthmatic children were compared before and after management.Results Compared with the pre-management period,the overall improvement in lung function and level of control was observed in children with asthma after management.The measured/predicted values of FEV1/FVC were higher at 6 and 12 months after management compared with the pre-management period,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).PEF,FEF50,FEF75 and MMEF were higher than the pre-management period at 3,6 and 12 months after management,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).C-ACT scores were higher at 3,6 and 12 months after management than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).Good control rate was higher at 6 and 12 months after management than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized case management cloud platform combined with internet hospital in the management of childhood asthma is an important supplement to the current offline management model,which can effectively improve the pulmonary function of children with asthma and the control level of asthma,and is worth promoting.关键词
