基于互联网模式的个体化健康管理对溃疡性结肠炎患者的干预效果分析
Analysis of the intervention effect of individualized health management based on an Internet model on patients with ulcerative colitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of individualized health management based on an Internet model for the need for long-term effective therapeutic interventions of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 160 patients with ulcerative colitis who were hospitalized at the Linyi Central Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were included in this study.They were divided into groups using the randomized numerical table method.Over a period of 2 years,80 patients in the observation group received individualized health management interventions supported by the Internet,which were administered regularly and continuously,along with follow-ups.80 patients in the control group received only routine nursing interventions and regular follow-ups.Data from before the intervention and at 6 months,12 months,18 months,and 24 months post-intervention were analyzed to compare the effect of different intervention methods on the self-efficacy and quality of life of the two groups of patients.The number of recurrences over a 2-year follow-up period was also compared between the two groups.Results The self-efficacy and quality of life scores of patients in the control group were lower than those in the observation group at 6 months,12 months,18 months,and 24 months post-intervention,with the statistically significant differences(P＜0.05 for all).The number of recurrences was lower in the observation group than that in the control group during the 2-year follow-up period,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Individualized health management based on an Internet model can achieve long-term effective therapeutic interventions for patients with ulcerative colitis.It enhances patient compliance with treatment,improves their quality of life,and exerts positive effects throughout the intervention period continuously.关键词
