基于KAP的福建移动互联网用户用药风险调查研究
KAP based survey on drug risk of Fujian mobile internet users
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo of knowledge,attitude,practice(KAP)of Fujian mobile internet users(MIs)on medication behavior risk,analyze the risks and impacting factors in the course of medication of MIs,and provide a reference basis for science education on safe medication of MIs.Methods A cross-sectional study method and KAP model were used to conduct an electronic questionnaire survey on MIs aged 18 and above.The impact of MIs basic information on medication risk KAP was analyzed by one-way ANOVA.The impacting factors of KAP score were analyzed by binary logistic regression.Results A total of 554 valid questionnaires were collected.The average scores for KAP related to MIs average were(70.69±19.82),(29.20±8.50),and(54.86±9.14)points.MIs scored well in terms of KAP towards medication.The results of one-way ANOVA showed that there were statistically significant differences in KAP scores in MIs with different ages,education levels,occupations,and residences(P＜0.05).The binary logistic regression results showed that education level,occupation,and place of residence were the main factors impacting the KAP score of MIs medication behavior risk.Conclusion The KAP score rate of medication behavior risk in Fujian MIs is good,and the risk of safe medication is relatively low.However,it is still necessary to carry out safety medication popularization for high-risk populations.关键词
