摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of holistic nursing teaching model on the nursing teaching quality of gastroenterology.Methods A total of 30 nursing interns from the Department of Gastroenterology of Beijing Luhe Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University were included in this study.All interns met the inclusion criteria and were included from January 2023 to June 2024.According to the rotation plan of internship rotation of the Department of Nursing,both odd and even numbers were grouped together and divided into the control group(n=15,with odd numbers)and the observation group(n=15,with even numbers).The control group was implemented with traditional nursing teaching,while the observation group was implemented with a new model of holistic nursing.The teaching feedbacks of two groups under different nursing teaching models were compared.Results The scores of theoretical assessment and case analysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical practice achievements of the observation group:physical examination,disease diagnosis and treatment,and doctor-patient communication were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching effect of the observation group in cultivating theory combined with clinical practice,medical history collection,clinical thinking,and solving practical problems was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching quality scores of the observation group:case design,teaching attitude,and problem-solving were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The thinking ability of the observation group:open thinking,analytical ability and cognitive degree were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The teaching model of holistic nursing concept can not only effectively improve the performance of interns,but also develop their thinking ability,improve the teaching quality and effectiveness,and enhance their teaching satisfaction.Therefore,this teaching model is worth promoting.
