基于循证医药学的个性化维护审核规则知识库在处方前置审核中的应用研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of personalized maintenance review rule knowledge base based on evidence-based pharmacology in prescription pre-review.Methods A total of 3689 prescriptions with traditional review intervention in the First People's Hospital of Qinzhou from January to June 2022 and 4342 prescriptions with personalized maintenance review rule knowledge base intervention based on evidence-based pharmacology from January to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were set as control group and treatment group.The prescription qualification rate per month,pharmacist intervention success rate and physician satisfaction before and after the implementation were compared between groups.Results The average prescription qualification rate per month,success rate of pharmacist intervention and total physician satisfaction rate were 87.67％,80.22％and 76.60％in control group before the implementation,and were 97.63％,98.89％and 97.87％in treatment group after the implementation,and the above indicators in treatment group after the implementation were significantly higher than those in control group before the implementation,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized maintenance review rule knowledge base based on evidence-based pharmacology in pre-prescription review can improve the in-hospital prescription qualification rate,success rate of pharmacist intervention and physician satisfaction.关键词
