摘要

Abstract

In vocational nursing education,labor education is an important component of cultivating students'practical abilities and professional qualities.In response to the problems in labor education for nursing majors in vocational colleges,the 8S management model will be integrated into labor education,the teaching model of labor education courses will be improved,and the teaching evaluation mechanism will be optimized.Based on this,labor education will be organically integrated into the management process of nursing training rooms as an important part of the cultivation of applied talents in vocational colleges,improving management level,enhancing students'labor skills and professional qualities in the education process,and building a new path of labor education for the cultivation of high-quality,high skilled,and applied nursing talents in vocational colleges.
