播散性结核病合并原发性肾上腺皮质功能减退症1例并文献复习
Disseminated tuberculosis complicated with Addison's disease 1 case report and literature review
摘要
Abstract
1 case of disseminated tuberculosis complicated with Addison's disease(AD)was analyzed retrospectively.The diagnosis and treatment methods were summarized based on the clinical data such as relevant examination results and treatment process.The patient's main clinical manifestations include cough,fatigue,lethargy,decreased appetite,weight loss,skin pigmentation,and refractory hyponatremia and hypochloremia.After completing relevant examinations,the patient was diagnosed with disseminated tuberculosis complicated with AD.After anti-tuberculosis and glucocorticoid replacement therapy,the patient's symptoms and test indicators improved.When patients experience skin pigmentation and refractory hyponatremia,they should be alert to the possibility of AD and seek timely diagnosis and treatment.关键词
