乙型流感病毒合并CA-MRSA重症肺炎2例
2 cases of severe pneumonia caused by influenza B virus combined with CA-MRSA

Abstract
This case report describes the diagnosis and treatment process of 2 cases of severe pneumonia caused by influenza B virus combined with community acquired methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(CA-MRSA)during the influenza season.The two patients had a general physical condition,clinical manifestations including fever,dyspnea,and septic shock.Chest imaging showed multi-leaf infiltration,increased C-reactive protein and procalcitonin,and the same pathogen,drug resistance gene and initial treatment scheme were confirmed by pathogen metagenome detection(next-generation sequencing,NGS)of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.Because of different gender,age and nutritional status,the final treatment outcome was different.Influenza virus infection combined with CA-MRSA pneumonia is dangerous,with a high mortality rate and a high risk of bloodstream methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).It should be given sufficient attention by clinical doctors.Especially for severe community-acquired pneumonia patients with high-risk factors,the condition changes rapidly and the prognosis is poor.Early diagnosis and effective intervention are key to treatment.It is hoped that the article can provide reference for the diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of CA-MRSA in influenza season.关键词
