MRI定量技术T1 mapping评估肝硬化肾脏损害的应用价值
Application value of T1 mapping in assessing renal impairment in liver cirrhosis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of MRI T1 mapping in evaluating renal impairment in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 108 patients with liver cirrhosis were recruited and divided into the compensation group(76 cases)and the decompensation group(32 cases)according to their liver function.Another 45 patients with chronic hepatitis B with S0—S3 stage liver fibrosis were recruited as the non-cirrhotic group.All patients received MRI T1 mapping and serological examination,and the liver disease indicators were calculated.The differences of T1 values of renal cortex and renal medulla were compared.The correlations between renal T1 value,eGFR and liver T1 value,indicators were analyzed in patients with liver cirrhosis by Spearman correlation coefficient test.Results:There were statistically significant differences in renal cortex T1 value and renal medulla T1 value among the three groups(both P<0.05).After adjusting for age,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,the T1 values of renal cortex and renal medulla in the decompensation group were significantly higher than those in the compensation group and the non-cirrhosis group(all P<0.05).The T1 values of renal cortex and renal medulla showed mild to moderate positive correlations with the liver T1 value,Child-Pugh score,MELD score and FIB-4(all P<0.05),while eGFR showed no correlations with renal T1 value,liver T1 value,Child-Pugh score,MELD score or FIB-4(all P>0.05).Conclusion:Renal T1 value quantified by MRI T1 mapping has a clinical significance in evaluating renal impairment in patients with liver cirrhosis.关键词
