摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the application value of Test-Bolus technique combined with slope algorithm in cranial CTA.Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent cranial CTA examination were prospectively collected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.Test-Bolus technique combined with slope algorithm was used in the experimental group,and Test-Bolus technique was used in the control group.The image quality was analyzed subjectively and objectively.Objective analysis includes CT value,SNR and CNR,and the subjective analysis was performed by two senior radiologists according to 5-point method.The subjective consistency was analyzed by Kappa test,and the parameters between groups were analyzed by the independent sample t-test and Wilcoxon rank test.Results:Compared with the control group,the CT values,SNR and CNR of C4 segment of internal carotid artery,A1 segment of anterior cerebral artery,M1 segment of middle cerebral artery and P1 segment of posterior cerebral artery in the experimental group were higher,meanwhile the CT values and SNR of the sinus confluence in the experimental group were higher(all P<0.05).The dosage of contrast medium in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The subjective score and the excellent rate of the image in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group[(4.35±0.65)points vs.(3.88±1.09)points,90%vs.70%,P<0.05)].There was a good consistency of subjective scores between the two doctors.Conclusions:In cranial CTA examination,Test-Bolus technique combined with slope algorithm can achieve higher image quality,reduce the dosage of contrast medium and reduce the risk of contrast nephropathy,which has a high application value.
