Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)of afatinib,thereby providing the basis for clinical medication safety.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 132 afatinib-related ADRs collected by the Shandong Province ADR Monitoring Center from medical institutions between January 1,2019,and December 31,2022.Results:Of 132 ADR reports,20 cases(15.15%)were classified as serious ADRs.The top three clinical manifestations of ADRs were diarrhoea,rash,and mouth ulceration.Serious adverse reactions primarily included severe diarrhea,myelosuppression,and interstitial pneumonia.Conclusion:Clinicians should promptly identify the occurrence of ADRs,and implement effective interventions,enabling patients to continue treatment,and maximizing the clinical benefits of afatinib.At the same time,vigilance should be maintained for the occurrence of new and serious ADRs to ensure the safety of patients in clinical medication.关键词
