Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of recombinant human B-type natriuretic peptide combined with nicorandil in the treatment of acute heart failure(AHF)and its effect on hemodynamics.Methods:A total of 100 patients with AHF who were treated in the Department of Cardiology of a hospital from January 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nicorandil,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human B-type natriuretic peptide in addition to the control treatment.Cardiac function indicators including left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),stroke volume(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),Lee's heart failure score,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level,hemodynamic parameters[central venous pressure(CVP),mean pulmonary artery pressure(MPAP),heart rate(HR),cardiac output(CO)],renal function indicators[serum creatinine(Scr),cystatin C(Cys-C)],clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed and recorded before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:After treatment,LVEDV,LVESV,LVEDD,LVESD,Lee's heart failure score,NT-proBNP,CVP,MPAP,HR,Scr,CysC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while SV,LVEF,CO were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(78.00%,χ2=7.162,P=0.007).During the treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(4.00%)was lower than that in the control group(18.00%,χ2=5.005,P=0.025).Conclusion:Recombinant human B-type natriuretic peptide combined with nicorandil can significantly reduce the severity of heart failure,improve cardiac function and hemodynamic indicators in patients with AHF.Without increasing the risk of adverse reactions,making it worthy of widespread clinical application.关键词
