Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection combined with butylphthalide soft capsules in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:A total of 90 AIS patients treated in a hospital from January 2022 to October 2024 were selected and assigned to the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.All patients were treated with antiplatelet therapy,oxygen therapy,nutritional support,blood lipid regulation,blood pressure control and glucose management,and other basic symptomatic treatments.The control group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsules,and the observation group was treated with ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection in addition to the control treatment,for 14 consecutive days.The hemorheology parameters[plasma viscosity,hematocrit(HCT),platelet adhesion rate],oxidative stress markers[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)],vascular endothelial injury markers[endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)],clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,plasma viscosity,HCT and platelet adhesion rate were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with lower values in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of MDA and ET-1 were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with lower values in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of SOD and NO were increased in both groups(P<0.05),with higher values in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(95.56%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was observed in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection combined with butylphthalide soft capsules can improve the clinical efficacy and hemodynamics,reduce oxidative stress and vascular endothelial injury in AIS patients with favorable safety.关键词
