二陈汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童大叶性肺炎的临床研究
Clinical Study on Modified Erchen Decoction Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Treating Pediatric Lobar Pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Erchen decoction in combination with azithromycin in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children.Methods:A total of 86 children with lobar pneumonia who visited in the pediatric department of a certain hospital from March 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received basic supportive treatment before intervention,including oxygen therapy,fluid replacement and necessary anti-infection and symptomatic treatment.The control group was treated with azithromycin for injection,and the observation group was treated with modified Erchen decoction in addition to the control treatment.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The time to clinical symptom resolution(time to fever resolution,time to cough relief,time to wet rales in the lungs disappearance,time to appetite recovery),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6)],clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the time to fever resolution,time to cough relief,time to wet rales in the lungs disappearance and time to appetite recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndromes of high temperature,cough,asthma were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,PCT and IL-6 were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and lower in the the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(93.02%)was higher than that in the control group(76.74%,P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was observed in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Erchen decoction combined with azithromycin demonstrated favorable clinical efficacy in the treatment of children with lobar pneumonia,which can effectively shorten the recovery time of clinical symptoms,reduce the TCM syndrome scores and inflammatory factor levels without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
