摘要

Abstract

In the context of"dual carbon"policy,utilizing industrial waste heat for clean heating has practical significance.This article takes a project in Xi'an as the research object,utilizing the waste heat from a garbage incineration power plant.From the aspects of business analysis,load forecasting,and heating scheme,low-temperature heat pump heating technology is adopted to explore the waste heat utilization scheme based on the"dual carbon"policy.This provides fundamental technical support for the selection of clean heating schemes in the north.
