免疫细胞与系统性红斑狼疮因果关系的两样本双向孟德尔随机化分析
Bidirectional two-sample Mendelian randomization analysis of the causal relationship be-tween immune cells and systemic lupus erythematosus

Abstract
Objective Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is an autoimmune disease with an un-clear pathogenesis.This study aims to explore whether there is a causal relationship between immune cells and SLE.Methods Immune cells were used as the exposure factor,and SLE as the outcome event.Single nucleo-tide polymorphisms(SNPs)closely related to immune cells and SLE were used as genetic instrumental varia-bles.A two-sample Mendelian randomization analysis method was employed to analyze genome-wide association study(GWAS)data.The main analysis method was inverse variance weighting(IVW),and odds ratios(OR)with 95%confidence intervals(95%CI)were used to evaluate the causal relationship between im-mune cells and SLE.Results The IVW method showed a causal relationship between 32 immune cell traits and SLE.The MR Egger regression analysis indicated no genetic pleiotropy(P>0.05).Reverse Mendelian ran-domization analysis showed a significant causal relationship between SLE and increased levels of myeloid cells expressing CD11b but not expressing HLA-DR.Conclusion Various lymphocytes and myeloid cells signifi-cantly influence the risk of developing SLE.关键词
