Research progress on the regulation of chondrocyte apoptosis in osteoarthritis by MicroRNAs
摘要
Abstract
Osteoarthritis(OA)is a chronic arthroplastin degradation disease,and its main pathologi-cal characteristics are the apoptosis of chondrocytes.MicroRNA(miRNA)is a type of non-encoded RNA fami-ly that plays an important role in regulating the occurrence and progress of OA,especially during the apoptosis of chondrocytes.This article will review the role of miRNA in the apoptosis of OA chondrocytes,and discuss the prospects of miRNA's treatment of chondrocytes apoptosis.关键词
